Mark Courson is a native of Valdosta and has been in the local building industry for over 25 years. His primary focus is custom residential, but he also has extensive experience in the commercial field. In 1992 he created his own company and concentrated on becoming a custom home builder primarily for those in the move up market and those building their last home. He is best known for his attention to detail and his ability to truly “listen” to his customers and their specific needs and to then translate their vision into reality. Mark’s reputation has always been a respect for superior quality and customer satisfaction. He has a true passion for building homes, and you will find him at one of his job sites every day where he is most comfortable working with his trades and customers. He is an easy person to talk to and his customers feel comfortable trusting him with their greatest investment.
